Neo-Form III

It seems Neo-Form is getting their gear up again. Their website was dead for quite a while, but today I found out that they relocated to http://www.neo-form.de.vu/. The site is practically nothing. Yet. It only links to four webreleases of them and it gives some contact information.

More interesting however, is that they released Neo-Form III now. This sampler features 17 artists, all not featured on the previous two samplers. Musically, it’s just like the samplers from 2005 and 2006; neofolk, dark ambient, neoclassical, industrial. Bands on this sampler include Life’s Decay, Sangre Cavallum, B-Machina, Jägerblut, Kammer Sieben and Défilé Des Âmes. Direct download here.

I’m glad to see Neo-Form isn’t completely dead. According to their myspace, they experienced technical difficulties. I hope they were able to save their content, as it was a very informative website. Especially if you can understand German.

Now we just need to wait for the fifth #neo-folk.it compilation. Their deadline was october 2008, but nothing was released yet. Soon, hopefully!
